Law new
A committee’s report is the most useful legislative history document for interpreting the purpose and meaning of a bill. Its section-by-section analysis provides a concise summary of the bill’s intent and sets forth what laws are being amended or repealed. This is especially helpful to judges, executive branch officials, and the public when litigating cases involving the bill’s enactment or interpretation.
New Laws means any legislative, regulatory or judicial action imposing rates, terms and conditions for wireless installations on public infrastructure or the right-of-way that differ in any material way from the rates, terms and conditions of this Agreement.
